GnRH

GnRH (gonadotrophin-releasing hormone)
GnRH is a small peptide hormone that is produced in the hypothalamus and finally reaches the pituitary gland, where it triggers the release of luteinising hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH).
GnRH is released in pulses (1 pulse every 90–120 min).
